Chris McLain (CEO) drives the overall strategic direction of CTG, with a strong focus on creating growth opportunities. He is passionate about driving digital inclusion by focussing on how data, software and operational activity can equip CTG to bring new value to the Digital Infrastructure sector. Chris has 25 years of C-Suite experience in commercial companies focussed on property and infrastructure services and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional growth through strong operational performance, diversification and a mixture of M&A and organic growth.
Andy brings over 30 years of experience across disciplines in including programme management, change, organisational build and operational delivery in the telecommunications sector. This included the programme management role at Openreach for the London 2012 Olympics across 96 UK venues, recognised, International Olympics Committee as class leading. Andy has extensive supply chain knowledge, and of building fibre networks for various operators. He has developed and led large scale, high performance organisations to deliver to the highest level of safety, risk mitigation and performance standards.
Andy is responsible for ensuring our business remains at the forefront of operational excellence and can deliver to time, cost, quality and compliance. He is passionate about the whole life journey for both our business and partners we serve, from business and commercial optimisation, planning and design through to asset registration for our customers and stakeholders.
Kevin brings 30 years industry experience in leadership roles in both corporate and start up/SME environments, spanning telecommunications, energy and water sectors. Kevin works to optimise commercial and operational performance, realising value from systems, tools and data. Kevin is responsible for ensuring our business processes, technology and supply chain are optimised to deliver the best outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

As CFO, Mark (FCCA, MBA, CIM) is responsible for CTG’s fiscal, legal, HR, IT and internal process governance. Mark has 40 years’ commercial experience, including senior executive and CFO roles from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies in the technology, engineering & energy sectors. He has a successful track record of developing strong global financial, operational and systems environments, as well as driving transformative change. Mark has extensive experience of working with Risk, Audit and Board committees.

Establishing her expertise and refining her approach across a number of different industries including Financial Services, Leisure & Hospitality, Healthcare and Property Management, Jenna has a unique approach to HR encompassed with a commercial scope of business.
Being fully generalist, Jenna has experience in leading all areas of People function – Engagement, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment & Talent, HRMI, D, E&I, Organisational Design and Culture. She has spent the last 5 years in smaller businesses driving change as they scale, both through acquisition and organically, with a passion balancing people with business.

Originally a Draughtsman, Mechanical Engineer and Quality Assurance Professional, for the last 20 years, Ian has been a technical and strategic professional, providing IT technical and digital leadership to various sectors, including defence, network vendor, telecom, software and non-profit organisations. Ian has worked for notable companies such as Marconi Underwater Systems, Digital Equipment Corp, Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks and Shaw Trust. He has extensive experience in IT governance, outsourcing, co-sourcing and supplier management, including cloud platforms, enterprise software, and service providers. Ian has demonstrated history leading digital transformation projects, as well as strategic and customer projects and also has success negotiating contracts and championing cost reduction plans to increase and support revenues.
Ian is a Trustee and Board member with the Vision Care for Homeless People charity and also volunteers for the SERV OBN “Blood Bikers” as a rider and fundraiser.
