Remote, hybrid and field based roles

As a virtual organisation, we also have a clear focus on remote inclusivity for employees. The way we work and collaborate depends on the type of role. All employees are either remote, hybrid, or field based, with everyone having regular face to face meetings to ensure we work in a way that suits everyone.
