Andy Wells
Chief Operating Officer
Andy brings over 30 years of experience across disciplines in including programme management, change, organisational build and operational delivery in the telecommunications sector. This included the programme management role at Openreach for the London 2012 Olympics across 96 UK venues, recognised, International Olympics Committee as class leading. Andy has extensive supply chain knowledge, and of building fibre networks for various operators. He has developed and led large scale, high performance organisations to deliver to the highest level of safety, risk mitigation and performance standards.
Andy is responsible for ensuring our business remains at the forefront of operational excellence and can deliver to time, cost, quality and compliance. He is passionate about the whole life journey for both our business and partners we serve, from business and commercial optimisation, planning and design through to asset registration for our customers and stakeholders.
