NPS Invests in CTG to Accelerate Digital Infrastructure for Multi-Dwelling Units

CTG have always believed that safe, reliable digital connectivity is more than a utility, it is a foundation for modern living. For tenants in multi-dwelling units (MDUs), it can often be the difference between inclusion and exclusion in today’s digital-first world.

That’s why we are excited to share a major milestone in our journey: Network Planning Solutions (NPS) has invested in CTG.

NPS is a leader in fibre network planning and build services, and we have had the privilege of collaborating with them for several years. Their expertise in fibre infrastructure has already supported our mission of connecting MDUs, and this new investment marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Why this matters

The connectivity needs of MDUs are complex. Delivering safe, compliant, and future-proof digital infrastructure requires innovative solutions and trusted partnerships.

Through our group company Complete Fibre (CF), we have developed an approach that ensures:

  • Safe, future-ready installations designed for long-term reliability.
  • Fair, independent access models that allow multiple providers to serve residents equally.
  • Strong partnerships with landlords, housing associations, local authorities, and telecoms providers built on trust and proven delivery.

This investment from NPS strengthens our ability to scale these solutions while maintaining the values that define us: safety, compliance, and innovation.

What this means for CTG and NPS

While both companies will remain fully independent, the closer alignment brings clear benefits:

  • CTG can now be involved in every stage of the fibre infrastructure process, from planning and build through to installation and delivery.
  • NPS will support us in scaling our services to meet the UK’s growing demand for robust fibre in MDUs.
  • Together, we will accelerate the rollout of safe, compliant, and future-proof digital networks across communities.

As a partnership, we are not just building infrastructure, we are working towards digital inclusion for every community.

Joe Dickenson, co-owner of NPS, shared his excitement about this next step:

“We are delighted to bring these two companies closer together. We strongly believe in the combined power of NPS and CTG to transform the connectivity landscape for MDUs.”

Our Founder and CEO, Andy Wells, added:

“This is an exciting moment for both companies. While we will remain fully independent, this investment strengthens our ability to scale with growing demand, while staying true to our core values—safety, compliance, and building single multi-fibre networks that provide fair, independent access for all providers. Together, we’re driving safe digital inclusion for every community.”

Looking ahead

The demand for safe, reliable digital infrastructure in MDUs has never been greater. With this investment, CTG and NPS are better positioned than ever to deliver it.

This partnership is not just about growth, it is about responsibility. Responsibility to residents who rely on digital connectivity, to landlords who need compliant and future-proof solutions, and to communities that deserve fair access to the digital world.

Together, we are ready to build that future.
