Establishing her expertise and refining her approach across a number of different industries including Financial Services, Leisure & Hospitality, Healthcare and Property Management, Jenna has a unique approach to HR encompassed with a commercial scope of business.

Being fully generalist, Jenna has experience in leading all areas of People function – Engagement, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment & Talent, HRMI, D, E&I, Organisational Design and Culture. She has spent the last 5 years in smaller businesses driving change as they scale, both through acquisition and organically, with a passion balancing people with business.
