Amy joined us in February bringing 15 years’ experience of account management, sales and retention in the energy sector to CTG.
Amy says, “The team at CTG obviously understand the very real challenges facing social housing landlords in the current challenging environment and the pressures being brought to bear by multiple requests from fibre providers. When I spoke to the team I was impressed at how committed they are to helping their housing clients meet the evolving legislative changes, ensuring the integrity of all installations through a rigorous audit process and embedding the safety of residents at the heart of their work.”
“My role as Account Director means I’ll take ownership of relationships with housing associations. I’ll be working closely with our current customers to understand their needs as well as expanding the number of associations who will benefit from the services provided by CTG. I’m really looking forward to being involved from the beginning and shaping the future strategy for CTG’s relationship with housing associations. I’ll also be recruiting and developing a team of accounts managers who can drive continued growth and make sure that our clients receive an exceptional service and feel valued.”
Kevin Monaghan, CTG’s Commercial and Strategy director says, “Amy brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in the energy sector to CTG which will only benefit our clients. She’s dedicated to recruiting the right people and then developing her team through hands-on coaching to ensure they meet challenging targets. Her knowledge and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure our housing association partners and residents understand that we put their safety at the heart of our installation work. As an added benefit Amy’s extensive knowledge and experience in low carbon energy solutions will provide value to our clients as they face the challenges of Net Zero.”
