CTG strengthens its leadership team with the appointment of Tim Huxtable as Infrastructure and Property Director.
Tim will be driving CTG’s development of property technology for landlords and developers, while supporting the existing Project Account Management, Auditing and Design teams.
Tim says: “Landlords and developers are currently being swamped with requests from fibre providers. They have often told us they feel they may not have sufficient expertise and resources in this area. This is where CTG can fill the gap. We will provide assurance alongside professional and clear advice which will enable both the telcos and property owners to get on with their day jobs and ensure real value is delivered to residents.”
Tim is a renowned telecoms leader, with over 20 years of experience in the telecoms, proptech and development industries. A respected consultant, advising some of the UK’s largest landlords and developers, and also a qualified chartered surveyor, Tim brings a wealth of experience to CTG. Having held prominent roles in the leadership teams of Cushman & Wakefield, JLL(tetris), IDA, Wifinity and Hyperoptic, he has experience of building successful teams in new areas for start-ups and large organisations, and a has reputation for successful delivery.
